How to remove the data Voxwake holds when you connected a Threads account, and how to ask us to delete any other personal data.

Remove Voxwake from your Threads account

1. Open Threads or Instagram and go to Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Voxwake and choose Remove.
3. Meta notifies us automatically. We delete the stored access token at once and the data obtained through that account, and Meta shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the request.

Delete from inside Voxwake

• Organization owners and admins can disconnect a Threads account on the Integrations screen; its token is deleted immediately.
• Owners can delete the whole organization in Settings. It is closed at once and all its data is removed within 30 days.
• You can delete your own user account in Profile settings.

Ask us by e-mail

Write to privacy@voxwake.com from the e-mail address on your account, or include your confirmation code. If you are not a Voxwake user but one of your public posts was processed by an organization using Voxwake, send us the link to the post and we'll delete it from our systems. We confirm completion within 30 days.
